Go to https://vrchat.com/home/download and get the latest SDK or the Creator Companion.

After importing Raliv go to the RalivDynamicPenetrationSystem Folder in unity than to the Plugins Folder than right click the RalivPenetrationForPoiyomiPro show in explorer then import it into your project.

6. Import the package, if this is not the last thing or after the eye shader the eye will not work correctly.
